Privacy and data handling

Summary

This site is intended for controlled client use of Gizzy. Do not submit confidential personal, financial, medical, legal, or resume data unless the operator has provided a separate written data processing agreement.

Data processed by the application

The application may process typed audience messages, session events, selected connector responses, and operator-visible transcript entries. If voice features are enabled, audio may be sent to configured speech providers for transcription or text-to-speech.

Live AI and connector actions are available only when the relevant provider credentials and approved connector scopes are configured. Connector health checks may verify whether configured endpoints are reachable.

Storage and retention

Session exports are generated only when an operator requests them from the browser. The application does not publish a public user account system on this deployment. Server logs may contain operational metadata such as request paths, timestamps, health checks, and error messages.

Third-party providers

Live mode may use Anthropic for AI orchestration, ElevenLabs for voice output, Deepgram for speech input, and IntellaSwitch/FNI for connected software operations. These providers are enabled only when the relevant credentials are configured.
